REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. VibeDoctor operates a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refunds
Due to the digital and automated nature of our service, all payments made for VibeDoctor subscriptions, one-time services, and add-ons are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- One-time service fees (code fix sessions, emergency fixes, strategy calls)
- Plan upgrades
2. Free Trial Before Purchase
We offer a generous free tier so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan:
- 3 free scans per day — no credit card required
- Full AI-powered diagnostic report on your first scan
- Complete visibility into what paid plans offer
We encourage you to thoroughly test the free tier before subscribing.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us at 911@vibedoctor.io. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- No refund will be issued for the remaining period of a cancelled subscription
4. Plan Changes
If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference between plans during the current billing period.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of extended service outages (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) directly caused by our systems, we may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits applicable to future billing periods. Service credits are not cash-refundable.
6. Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at 911@vibedoctor.io within 7 days of the charge. We will review and address billing errors promptly.
