1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeDoctor ("Service"), operated by CodeShant Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VibeDoctor provides automated code scanning, security analysis, performance monitoring, and diagnostic reporting for software applications. The Service is offered as a SaaS platform with both free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 scans per day. AI-powered report generated on first scan only. No monitoring features.
• Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Shield): Subscription-based pricing billed monthly or annually. Features and limits vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
• Daily scan limits apply per plan. Exceeding your daily limit requires upgrading or waiting until the next day (midnight UTC reset).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Scan repositories or URLs you do not own or have authorization to scan
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, daily scan limits, or other usage restrictions
• Use the Service to develop competing products
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Transmit malware or malicious code through the Service

6. Repository Size Limits

Repositories exceeding 500 MB in size are not supported under standard plans. For enterprise-level repositories, contact us at 911@vibedoctor.io for custom Enterprise plan options.

7. Data Access and Security

• We access your GitHub repositories in read-only mode. We never write to, modify, or store your source code permanently.
• Code is temporarily cloned for scanning purposes and deleted after scan completion.
• Scan results and reports are stored securely and associated with your account.

8. Payment and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged further after cancellation.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

12. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code and data. VibeDoctor retains rights to the Service, its technology, branding, and generated report formats. Scan reports generated by the Service are provided for your use and may be shared at your discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

VibeDoctor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Disclaimer

Scan results, security findings, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. VibeDoctor does not guarantee the detection of all security vulnerabilities, bugs, or performance issues. You are solely responsible for the security and quality of your applications.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
